摘要
本文介绍了一种独特的频率负载可变控制器的实现方法,该控制器可用于台式机CPU电源,基于闭环T_(on)估算器和零电流检测器。这两个模块可以使用至少两种不同的实现方法降低电压模式控制器的开关损耗,即脉冲频率调制(PFM)和变频二极管仿真(VFDE)。PFM将跳过一个整数的开关周期,而VFDE将连续平稳地调整开关频率。本文还提供了这两种方法的仿真和实验测试结果。
This paper introduces a unique implementation of variable frequencyload controller applied to desktop CPU power supply based on a close loop T_(on) estimator and a zero current detector.These two blocks allow at least two different implementations to reduce switching losses in a voltage mode controller:PFM skips an integer number of switching cycles;VFDE(Variable Frequency Diode Emulation) adjusts switching frequency smoothly.Simulation and experimental results are also shown.
