摘要
生态城市建设已成为世界范围内城市建设的目标,淮南具有煤炭资源丰富和区位交通优势,但长期以来的经济结构单一、严重的破坏以及高的生态足迹需求已成为现在制约建设生态淮南步伐的主要因素。对淮南生态环境的深刻剖析并提出合理而且行之有效的建议,已成为淮南生态城市建设亟待解决的问题。
Being Eco - city has been the aim of urban construction around the world. Huainan area is aboundance of power resources and region traffic advantage . In long terms some problems such as the single ecomomy composition, serious destroy of zoology, high ecological footprint, have been the most elements to restrict the development of Huainan ecological construction. It has been the urgent issue for Huainan to analyze profundly the current environment and advanced some reasonable and effective proposals.
