摘要
通过实验研究确定了"化学氧化-混凝沉淀-过滤"作为徐庄煤矿生活污水深度处理工艺的设计参数。先进行混凝实验,研究了混凝药剂的选择、投加量和混凝反应时间对生活污水处理效果的影响。再对进水单独投加高锰酸钾进行化学氧化实验。最后对高锰酸钾和混凝剂配合投加的处理效果进行了实验。结果表明:本工艺适合煤矿生活污水的深度处理,CODMn和浊度的去除率可达70%和50%以上。
The design parameters of domestic sewage treatment technology in Xuzhuang coal mine were achieved by the experimental research combined with chemical oxidation, coagulation sedimentation and filtration. Firstly, the treatment effects caused by the choice of coagulant, the dosing quantity and the reaction time of coagulation were confirmed by the experimental tests. Secondly, chemical oxidation of potassium permanganate individual was studied in detail. Finally, the treatment effects by adding potassium permanganate and coagulant simultaneously were researched also. The results showed that the process suitable for the advanced treatment of domestic sewage in coal mines, the removal rate of CODmn was more than 70% and the removal rate of turbidity was more than 50%.
