摘要
人力资源是图书馆的第一资源。传统人力资源管理已阻碍了图书馆的发展。内部营销作为新的管理理论引入图书馆内部,把馆员视为内部顾客,通过内部馆员的调研,了解馆员需求,提供满足馆员多样化需要的人才管理服务,实现馆员对图书馆的满意。
Human resources are the primary resource library.Traditional human resources management has hindered the development of libraries .Internal marketing as a new management theory and the introduction of the library itself, the librarian as internal customers, through internal research librarian, librarians know the needs of librarians to provide the diversification necessary to meet the talent management services, implementation of library staff satisfaction .
