全盐酸法生产ClO_2消毒剂反应条件研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的确定ClO2发生器产率最高时的反应条件及NaClO3的转化率.方法在实验室,建立ClO2发生器装置,应用NaClO3和Ha反应的原理制备复合ClO2,用连续碘量法进行测量,进而研究ClO2产率和纯度的影响因素,即HCl溶液的质量分数、NaClO3溶液的质量分数及投加比、水浴温度、反应启动时间和压力,并且测定连续流反应时NaClO3的转化率.结果实验结果表明,ClO2产率和纯度的最佳条件:HCl溶液的质量分数为29%,NaClO3溶液的质量分数为26%,n(NaClO3):n(HCl)=1:2.5,水浴温度80℃,反应启动时间25min,反应过程中持续加压0~0.6MPa,连续流时NaClO3的转化率高达95%以上.结论影响ClO2产率和纯度的主要因素有压力、水浴温度、反应物浓度及投加比,反应运行良好,可以以此为依据改进负压ClO2发生器、研发正压ClO2发生器,能实现ClO2瞬间消毒和Cl2持续消毒的协同作用,有效地防止水体二次污染. The purpose is to determine the reaction conditions of the highest yield of ClO2 generator and the conversion rate of NaClO3. In the laboratory, ClO2 generator device is set up, applying the principle of reaction of NaClO3 and HCl, composite ClO2 is produced. The continuous iodometry is used to measure and study the impact of factors of ClO2 generators yield and purity such as HCl solution mass fraction, NaClO3 solution mass fraction and the dosage ratio, water temperature, the reaction startup time, pressure. And the conversion rate of NaClO3 is measured when the reaction flows continuously. The exoerimental results show thatthe best conditions of the highest yield and purity of ClO2 are as following:When the HCI solution mass fraction is 29%, NaClO3 solution mass fraction is 26%, n (NaClO3 ):n (HCl) = 1:2.5, the water temperature is 80℃, reaction startup time is 25min, sustained pressure in the reaction process is 0 - 0.6MPa, the conversion rate of NaClO3 is as high as 95 % with the continuous flow reaction. The main impact factors of ClO2 yield and purity are the pressure, water temperature, reacting substances' concentration, adding ratio, and well-running reaction. Thus it can be used as the basis to improve the ClO2 generator of negative pressure and open up the ClO2 generator of positive pressure to achieve an synergies of ClO2 instant disinfection and Cl2 continued disinfection and to prevent secondary pollution of water bodies effectively.
