摘要
本文从电子商务流程视角提出了供应驱动和需求驱动的价值链结构模型。以105家企业作为研究样本,采用结构方程实证验证了电子商务采纳对企业从供应驱动向需求驱动转型的影响。结果显示,随着电子商务在组织的扩散,企业供应链驱动模式不是一成不变的,而是呈现出从供应驱动向需求驱动的转变趋势。研究进一步证实,驱动模式与企业所处产业链的位置存在明显的关联效应,客户关系管理和电子订购是需求驱动管理的关键流程。研究结果对于明确电子商务价值以及加强需求驱动的电子供应链管理具有重要的实践意义。
This paper presents two models: a supply-driven model and a demand-driven model to identify the importance of e-business adoption in the trend of transformation from supply-driven to demand-driven management from e-business process perspective. Drawing from a sample of 105 firms, this paper provides strong overall validation for the trend with e-business development using structural equation modeling (SEM). Strong evidence shows that driven model is associated with position of industry chain and e- business process of a firm, and CRM and e-ordering play a key role in demand-driven management. These results will help managers understand the value of e-business in improving the responses to the needs of market and customers to gain competitive adamancies.
