摘要
本文结合稀土催渗技术理论,总结了生产实践经验,分别阐述了稀土催渗技术在渗碳和渗氮生产应用中的必要条件。指出在渗碳或渗氮中稀土的渗入为提高渗速提供了条件,只有根据条件的变化调整工艺,才能取得满意的催渗以及提高产品质量的效果。
In this article, with the rare earth boost infiltrating theory the practical production experience is summarized, and the necessary conditions of the rare earth boost infiltrating technology are separately expounded in carburizing and nitrating. It is pointed out that rare earth infiltrated is the condition for improving speed in the carburizing or nitriding. Only if the process is adjusted on conditions, it may obtain satisfacioy boost infiltrating and the effect of improving the quality of products.
