摘要
内燃机用气门进行软氮化处理后,有时表面粘附大量的残盐、黑渣等,经过光饰处理后在气门表面、锁夹槽、烟槽、凹面等部位(尤其是马氏体钢部分)仍存在黑灰等,直接影响到气门的成品清洁度,采用吊装抛丸则成功解决了该难题;同时针对气门表面软氮化后杆部花斑、盘底面发黄、水印、表面粗糙度超差以及气门变形等常见缺陷,分析了产生的原因,并提出了有效的预防和解决的措施,事实证明十分有效。
For the valve used internal combustion engine after tufftride treatment a lot of residual sah on surface, black slag and so on appear sometimes. Through light decorative surface treatment the black ash exist still on the surface of valve, folder lock slot, smoke groove, concave and other parts ( especially the part of martensite steel), which impact direcdy on clearness of the finished product of valve. The problem is settled by ball blast with suspensim setting. At the same time, after the tufftriding for surface of valve the common defects, including the piebald on the pole, the yellow on bottom of plate, watermarks, out - of tolerance of surface roughness and deformation of valve and so on, all come to valve. An analysis of the causes and the effective measures to prevent and resolve are proposed, Facts have proved very effective.
