摘要
Visualization Toolkit(VTK)是目前医学可视化领域使用最为广泛的可视化开发工具,而MFC是Windows平台下使用最为普遍的界面开发工具。分析了VTK的运行原理,给出了二者集成使用的方法,并对当前主流3D模型重建算法进行分类比较。以此为基础构建医学可视化软件原型系统,利用VTK实现了Marching Cubes(MC)和RayCasting算法,完成了人体头部模型的3D重构。
Visualization Toolkit (VTK), which is used widely in scientific and engineering field, is introduced, the methods of how to integrate VTK and MFC in different system are described, and a table of comparison for current 3D-reconstruction algorithms is given. The prototype system of medical visualization is developed based on VTC and MFC, and the 3D model of human's head is reconstructed by using marching-cubes (MC) and raycasting algorithms.
