内镜下治疗消化性溃疡活动性出血72例疗效观察

The Clinical Value of Endoscopic Therapy for 72 Patients with Peptic Ulcer Hemorrhage

目的:观察经内镜下治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法:对内镜下止血的72例消化性溃疡合并活动性出血的患者,进行回顾分析。结果:72例患者中初次止血成功51例,成功率70.8%;再次出血21例,再次内镜下止血13例,8例无效转外科手术治疗,总有效率88.9%。结论:内镜下进行止血疗效肯定,是一种方法简单、安全有效、节省费用、减轻病人痛苦的治疗措施,值得临床推广。

Objective ： To study the clinical value of endoscopic therapy for peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Methods ： the clinical data of 72 peptic ulcer hemorrhage treated with endoscopic hemoclipping and injection were analysed retrospectively. Results ： Of 72 patients, 51 patients were hemostasia after the first treatment, the first hemostatic rate was 70.8 % （51/72）, 21 patients bleed again within 48 hours, 8 patients were given surgical intervention after failure in the second treatment. The total rate of hemostasis was 88.9% （64/72）. Conclusion： Endoscopic treatment for bleeding peptic ulcer is an effective and safe method, cost savings, reducing the treatment of patients suffering, is worthy to be popularized.
