The Efficacy of Nonoperative Therapy in Periungual Wart

目的:对非手术疗法治疗甲周疣的疗效进行探讨。方法:将96例甲周疣患者随机分成了三组,A组采用传统激光手术;B组采用中草药浸泡;C组采用盐酸平阳霉素局部注射,进行疗效比较。结果:A组痊愈率78.13%,复发率52%;B组痊愈率62.50%,复发率5%;C组痊愈率65.63%,复发率9.52%。A组分别与B组、C组比较,复发率相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),痊愈率相比差异无统计学意义。结论:甲周疣用中草药浸泡或盐酸平阳霉素局部注射疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of nonoperative therapy in periungual wart. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups： Patients in group A treated with traditional laser surgery; Patients in group B treated with herbal medicine; Patients in group C treated with bleomycin AS. Results： 78.13% patients in group A were cured, with 52% recurrence rate; 62.50% patients in group A were cured, with 5% recurrence rate; 65.63% patients in group A were cured, with 9.52% recurrence rate. There were significantly different between group A and B,and group A and C regarding to recurrence rate （ P 〈0.05）. There was no difference among three groups. Conclusion： Either herbal medicine or bleomycin A5 is effective in periungual wart, with low recurrence rate.
