通腑逐瘀法对肝硬化患者血浆内毒素及炎症指标的影响

Influence to serum endotoxin TNF-α and IL-2 in cirrhosis patients with the method of Tongfu Zhuyu therapy

目的:探讨通腑逐瘀法组方对肝硬化患者血浆内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-2(IL-2)的影响。方法:将240例肝硬化患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,并分别服用通腑逐瘀法组方的中药与乳果糖口服液共30天,采用偶氮显色法检测血浆内毒素,酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆TNF-α及IL-2水平。结果:两组患者治疗后血浆内毒素及TNF-α水平均有下降,IL-2水平较前有所升高(均P<0.05)。而两组患者治疗后血浆内毒素、TNF-α及IL-2水平比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:按通腑逐瘀法组方的中药能明显降低患者血浆内毒素及TNF-α水平,升高IL-2水平,与乳果糖对照组比较,差异无显著性意义,但价格便宜,对预防肝硬化患者肠源性内毒素血症具有一定作用。

Objective： To discuss the influence to serum endotoxin, TNF-α and IL-2 in cirrhosis patients with the method of tongfu Zhuyu therapy. Methods： Two hundred and fouty patients with cirrhosis were enrolled in present study and divided into treated and control group and treated by the Chinese medcine and lactulose oral solution respectively. Serum endotoxin was determined by azo-matrix color reaction; TNF-α and IL-2 were determined by ELISA. Results： The level of serum endotoxin, TNF- α and IL-2 were too descended in two groups. The level of serum endotoxin and TNF-α in treated group was descended with no stastical significence compared to control group, so was IL-2. Conclusion： The curative effect of the Chinese medicine in Tongfu Zhuyu therapy was compared to lactulose oral solution, but with lower price and the method had treated effect certainly in guard against ETM in cirrhosis patients.
