亮白曲霉肺部感染1例 被引量：1

A case of invasive pulmonary infection due to Aspergillus candidus

摘要 患者女，48岁。因“确诊为白血病1个月余，胸闷、憋气伴高热半个月”入院。患者1个月前受凉后出现低热，体温最高为37．5℃，自服感冒冲剂后未见下降。10月14日体温最高为39．1℃。外院查血常规：白细胞2．05×10^9／L，血红蛋白94g／L，血小板21×10^9／L。骨髓涂片显示增生明显活跃，幼稚淋巴细胞0．66，原始淋巴细胞0．23，明确诊断为急性B淋巴细胞白血病。2008年10月22日开始用长春新碱＋柔红霉素＋环磷酰胺＋地塞米松＋左旋天冬酰胺酶化疗1个疗程。化疗第14天复查骨髓增生活跃，
