成都地区婴幼儿喘息性疾病衣原体感染的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 衣原体是一类细胞内寄生、具有独特发育周期的原核型微生物,其中肺炎衣原体(Chlamydia pneumoniae,CP)和沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,CT)是引起小儿呼吸道感染的常见病原体。国外研究表明,衣原体感染与小儿毛细支气管炎、喘息性支气管炎、哮喘的发作密切相关。2006年1月-2007年12月,对我院儿内科住院期间的喘息性疾病婴幼儿进行了衣原体和呼吸道病毒IgM抗体水平测定,以了解衣原体在喘息性疾病婴幼儿人群中感染情况,现报道如下。
