八正散石苇散加减方结合碎石治疗尿结石的疗效观察

The efficacy observed of Bazhengsan and Shiweifang lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary stones

目的:探讨八正散石苇散加减方配合体外碎石治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果。方法:将206例泌尿系结石患者随机分组。八正散石苇散加减方结合体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石作为治疗组106例。单用体外碎石机碎石作为对照组100例;两组均治疗1～2个疗程后(10d为1个疗程),观察体内结石的排出情况。结果:八正散石苇散加减方配合体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石,疗程短,总有效率高,治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.01。结论:口服八正散石苇散加减方是提高结石排净率及预防复发再生的重要措施。

Objective： Discussion the efficacy observed of Bazhengsan and Shiweifang lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary stones. Methods： 206 cases of urinary stone patients divided into two groups. Bazhengsan Shiwei side combination of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi as 106 cases of treatment group.Alone in vitro lithotripsy lithotriptor as 100 cases of the control group; 1 or 2 treatment in both groups after treat （10 days as one course of treatment）, to observe the situation of the body from stone. Results： Bazhengsan Shiweifang treatment with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy of urinary calculi was a short course of treatment, there was always efficient, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion： Bazheng san Shiwei side is the stones enhance the net rate of emission and to prevent recurrence the important measures regeneration.
