阴道B超在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的应用价值被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨经阴道超声检查(TVS)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的应用价值。方法:对山西省阳泉市计划生育服务中心2006年2月～2008年10月收治的103例PCOS患者和99例健康育龄女性采用经阴道二维超声测定卵泡数目(FN)、卵巢体积(2D-OV)、卵巢间质面积(SA)和卵巢总面积(TA),并进行对比分析。结果:PCOS组的2D-OV、FN、SA/TA显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:阴道超声检查能更确切地观察卵巢并获得高分辨率的图像,为诊断PCOS提供依据。
