重型颅脑损伤病人的观察与护理

Observation and care of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的：总结重型颅脑损伤病人（GCS≤8分者）的观察与护理体会。方法：对山东省日照市中医医院2005年1月～2008年10月收治的136例重型颅脑损伤病人的观察与护理进行回顾性分析。结果：采用GOS预后评估标准，46例预后较好（34％），其中恢复良好22例，中残24例；63例预后较差（46％），其中重残42例，植物生存21例；死亡27例（20％）。结论：重型颅脑损伤病人病情重、变化快、并发症多、预后差、死亡率高，做好重型颅脑损伤病人的观察和护理对提高治愈率，降低死亡率和致残率有重要作用。

Objective：To summarize the observation and care experiences in patients of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods：To analyze retrospectively the observation and care measures in 136 patients of severe craniocerebral injury from January 2005-October 2008. Results：We take use of the criteria of GOS assess prognosis, 46 cases were good prognosis （34%）, 22 cases were good recovery and 24 cases were residual in them; 63 cases were poor prognosis （d6%）, 42 cases were severely disabled and 21 cases were plant survival in them; 27 cases were death （20%）. Conclusion ：The patients with severe craniocerebral injury is severe, changes quickly, many complications and poor prognosis, high mortality, so that it has an important role in improving the cure rate and reducing mortality when we take a good job of observation and care the patients of severe craniocerebral injury.
