医学高职生艾滋病健康教育效果评价

Evaluating the result of health education about AIDS

目的:培养医学高职生健康教育的方式、方法,评价艾滋病健康教育的效果,通过健康教育,提高学生及社会人群预防艾滋病的意识和能力。方法:采用类实验研究方法,以山东省淄博市一所高职院校的981名在校生为研究对象,开展一系列艾滋病健康教育活动,包括专题讲座、演讲比赛、知识竞赛、社会宣传等。健康教育前后分别测评学生掌握艾滋病预防知识的水平,采用成组t检验,χ2检验进行统计处理。结果:健康教育前学生已掌握一定的艾滋病预防知识,考试成绩平均75.9分,健康教育后考试成绩进一步提高为84.2分,差别有极显著统计学意义(t′=-18.5816,P<0.01)。健康教育后学生对艾滋病防治知识、态度和行为的知晓率增加了11%,差别有极显著统计学意义(χ2=2004.17,P<0.01),而且对AIDS病人的态度也随AIDS知识水平的提高而有所改善。结论:本次健康教育活动取得了良好的效果,对学生的自我保健和人群艾滋病预防具有现实意义和长远意义。

Objective：To develop the ways and methods of health education for medical high occupational students, to evaluate the results of health education on AIDS （Acquired Immure Deficiency Syndrome）. Through the health education, the students had obtained consciousness and ability to prevent AIDS. Methods： Quasi-experimental study was adopted. The objects included 981 medical college students of a college in ZIBO city of Shandong province.Having a series of activities of health education on AIDS, including special academic lectures, speech contests, knowledge contests, and social public education. To check the students in a college how well to master the knowledge about preventing AIDS, t tests of group and χ^2 tests were taken to do statistics analysis. Results：Before health education, the students had already learnt some knowledge to prevent AIDS to a certain extent. As a result, the average score was 75.9 . After the health education, the examination score further increased to 84.2. The difference had very significant statistics meaning （ t′=-18.581 6, P〈 0.01）. Mter the intervention,the rate of AIDS KAP （Knowledge,Attitude,Practice） increased by 11% and the students showed more sympathy to AIDS patients. The difference had very significant statistics meaning（χ^2=2004.17, P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The health education study has obtained good results. There are actual and farsighted meaning to the student＇s ego health care and group prevention of AIDS.
