输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗尿路结石 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石技术治疗尿路结石的疗效。方法:采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗尿路结石780例。结果:780例中760例一次碎石成功,治疗成功率为97.5%。其中输尿管上段结石成功率为90.6%,中段为93.9%,下段为99.6%,膀胱、尿道结石为100%。平均碎石时间为(5.0±3.0)min,术后碎石排净率为98.2%。结论:该方法结石排净率高,创伤轻微,手术并发症少,是治疗尿路结石较为理想的治疗方法之一。 Objective:To evaluate transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods: 780 cases of urinary calculi were treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy. Results:760 patients were stone free after treatment and the success ratio was 97.5% . The success ratio upper ureteral calculi was 90.6% , middle are teral calculi was 93.9%, distal ureteral calculi was 99.6% , bladder an urethra calculi was 100% . Mean pneumatil lithotripsy time was (5.0 ±3.0) min, the total stone-free rate was 98.2%. Conclusion: This combined treatment has high stone-free rate with minimal invasion and less complications and is an ideal treatment for urinary calculi.
