我国电子政务建设中阶段模型的探讨被引量：1

摘要我国的电子政务建设不可能一蹴而就,要根据条件分阶段进行。本文在研究了前人信息化阶段理论和阶段模型,分析了各阶段模型的特征和存在的不足的基础上,提出以信息的集成度和数据的共享度为划分依据的电子政务建设的阶段模型,并描述了此模型中各个阶段的信息化特征。
