残奥会冠军李端三级跳远单足跳技术的运动学分析

Kinematical Analysis of Single-hop Techniques of Triple Jump Champion,Li Duan,in Paralympics

三级跳远是一项技术性很高的运动项目。实践证明运动员的单足跳是三级跳远中比较远的一跳,对运动成绩影响较大。单足跳阶段的技术参数的变化历来是研究的重点。采用录像解析方法对我国优秀全盲运动员李端的单足跳阶段的技术参数进行研究。结果发现:李端在起跳腿着地瞬间分腿角过大,离地瞬间分腿角过小;李端最大缓冲时膝角的缓冲幅度过小;蹬伸阶段蹬伸时机不当,单足跳阶段的重心腾起角过大;由于竞技水平的差异,李端的起跳时间过长;摆动腿的摆动角速度过小说明李端的摆动不积极。旨在为李端三级跳远起跳技术提供运动学依据和参考。

Triple jump is a high technical sport. According to practice, the single-hop is the farthest jump in triple jump, which will impacts the grade to a large extent. The technical parameters of single-hop are the focus of study. By video analysis, this article studies the technical parameters of single-hop in China excellent blind athlete, Li Duan, the results show： 1. the sub-leg angle is too large in the time of dropping floor of take-off leg, the sub-leg angle is too small in the time of departure from floor;2, the buffer range of knee angle is too small in the most buffer;3, the time of kicking and stretching is not appropriate in the stage of kicking and stretching, the flight angle of gravity is too large in the stage of single-hop;4. the take-off time is too long because of the different level of athletics;5, the swing angle Of swinging leg speed is too small, which shows the swing of Li Duan is not positive. This article is aimed at providing kinematic basis and reference for Li Duan in take-off techniques of triple jump.
