测定血清钠的新比浊法

Determination of Sodium in Serum by New Turbidimetry

本文研究了铁氟酸铵作沉淀剂测定血清中钠的比浊法。采用加入稀释剂的方法使浊液的最大吸光值能稳定四小时。本法所用试剂便宜,手续简便,选择性好。应用于血清中钠的测定,准确度和精密度与火焰光度法相当。

A new turbidimetry with (NH_4) _3FeF_6 as a precipitable reagent for the determination of sodium in serum was studied. The maximumabsorbance of turbid solution was stabilized for 4 hours by means of adding diluent. The reagents applied in this experiment are cheap and the new method is simple and highly selective. The accuracy of this method is similar to that of flame spectromtry.
