摘要
目的:探讨LCMS本实验方法对待测样品的检测效果。方法:直接用流动相溶解样品后即可进样,无需化学提取。分析仪器为高效液相色谱-单四极杆质谱检测器,使用编辑好的MACRO数据分析软件,可以迅速得到胶囊和片剂类保健食品中二甲双胍等8种降糖药物的检测结果。结果:测定较满意。结论:此法检测灵敏度较高,检测结果可靠,是一种实用的保健食品中降糖药物的检测方法。
Objective：To study the testing method by using LG/MS-quadrupole of detection antidiabetic medicine added to health foods. Methods：Samples could be injected for analysis directly without chemical extraction. The recovery was 100% because of samples being dissolved directly with mobile phase. The detection data were judged immediately with the analysis software by editing MACRO for identification of metformin, phenformin, glibenclamide, gliclazide, glimepiride, gliquidone, glipizide and acarbose in samples with high sensitivity. Results：The detection effect was reliable. Conclusion：The method of Lcms is sensitve and the effect is reliable.
