螺旋CT三维图像重建在诊断软组织肿瘤的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维图像重建诊断软组织肿瘤的准确性。方法:收集经病理学检查确诊为软组织肿瘤患者28例,分为螺旋CT三维图像重建(MM3DR)组16例及核磁共振(MRI)组12例。MM3DR组采用4层螺旋扫描行血管造影并进行三维图像重建,MRI组采用核磁共振进行扫描,比较两组在显示病灶轮廓、病灶血管、病灶周围、对鉴别诊断的价值及与病理学检查符合度五方面的指标。结果:病灶轮廓的比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.110);病灶血管、病灶周围、对鉴别诊断的价值这三方面指标差异具有统计学意义(分别为P=0.008,P=0.047,P=0.033);两组与病理学检查的诊断符合例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.537)。结论:MM3DR诊断软组织肿瘤的特异性及敏感性均较理想,尤其在显示病灶血管、病灶周围、鉴别诊断这三方面优于MRI,提示该项检查对诊断软组织肿瘤具有一定的优势。 Objective:To explore the specificity and sensibility of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) combined with 3-dimensional image reconstruction (MM3DR)to diagnose soft tissue neoplasm. Methods: 28 patients with soft tissue neoplasm were divided into two groups: MM3DR (16 cases) and MRI group (12 cascs).The following 5 indexes were compared between the two groups: shape, vessel, abut, differential diagnosis and the coincidence rate with pathology. Results:The difference of shape and the coincidence rate with pathology between the two groups were not statistically significant (P= 0.110,P=-0.537); but the difference of vessel, abut, differential diagnosis were statistically significant (P=0.008 ,P=0.047, P=0.033, respectively).Conclusion: MM3DR may be superior to MRI in displaying the vessel, abut and beneficial for differential diagnosis, which suggests that the specificity and sensibility of MM3DR arc satisfactory and it can help diagno- sis for soft tissue neoplasm.
