摘要
在水-乙醇混合溶液中合成了4种稀土酰腙配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、荧光光谱以及核磁共振等手段对其进行了表征。测试了配体及其代表配合物对烟草赤星菌、棉花枯萎菌和辣椒疫霉菌的生物活性,结果表明,它们对三种病菌均有一定的抑菌效果。
Four new 5-chloro-Salicylaldehyde Salicylhydrazone complexes have been synthesized in water-ethanol mixture and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, fluorescence spectra and 1H-NMR. Inhibiting activities of the complex and ligand against vasinfoltum, Alternaaria alternaea, Fusarium oxysporium f. sp and Phytophthora capsi were investigated. The results showed that both the ligand and the complex possessed some antibacterial activities against the three pathogens.
