地方院校体育选项课现状与教学对策

A Study on Situations of Community University Physical Education Selective Courses and Corresponding Measures

采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等科研方法,对地方院校体育选项课现状,师资力量,体育设施进行调查分析。结果表明:地方院校学生体育选项以传统体育项目为主,选项结果有女性化倾向,这是因为地方院校女生占大多数的缘故;体育教师专而不长,长而不广;体育基础设施较差,小球、健美操及时尚运动项目师资缺乏。认为:体育选项应注重实用性、终身性,要与学校和学生的情况相结合,在体现共性的同时,突出竞技、休闲娱乐、社会和民族特点;同时加强体育硬件设施建设,调整师资结构,制定切实可行的教学大纲,建立科学合理的评价体系,注重项目的均衡。

Scientific approaches as documents, questionnaire and interview are applied to study the situations of community university physical education selective courses, teaching force, physical education facilities. It is found that major physical education selective courses community university students take are traditional ones, with a feminine tendency. This is because most of the community university students are women. Teachers of physical education majors in something are not good at it. Facilities for physical education are poor, and there are not enough teachers for small balls, aerobics and popular sports. Therefore it is believed that physical education selective courses should focus on practicality and lifelong feature, and should be combined with the reality of the teachers and students, protruding competitive, entertainment, social and national features while expressing common feature. Meanwhile, facility construction should be strengthened, structure of teaching force should be adjusted, practical curriculum should be made, and scientific evaluation system should be established, with balanced sports items.
