摘要
情绪智力对个人的成功起着重要作用,是影响工作绩效的重要因素之一。图书馆特定的工作环境和工作性质,使情绪智力对图书馆员的工作绩效产生很大的影响,尴尬的境遇,巨大的压力,较差的职业认同感以及内心的焦虑无不影响了图书馆员的情绪智力。为了更好地培养高校图书馆员的情绪智力,必须在观念上重视,力求营造一个良好的人文环境,充分发挥领导的榜样作用,加强馆员的自身努力。
Emotional intelligence plays an important role in one's success, and it is considered as an important element affecting work efficiency. With specific work environment and characteristic of library, librarians' work efficiency is greatly affected by emotional intelligence. The embarrassed situation, great pressure;low recognition of the work, and inner anxiety all affect librarians" emotional intelligence. In order to cultivate librarians' emotional intelligence, special attention must be paid to the concept,to produce a good humanity environment and make full play of the leaders' model, together with efforts of the librarians.
