摘要
试验选择健康、体重约50kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪60头,随机分成两组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10头(公母各半)。两组分别为对照组与试验组,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加半胱胺400mg·kg-1。试验结果表明,肥育猪日粮中添加半胱胺400mg·kg-1,对猪的后期生长有一定的促进作用,尤其在改善饲料利用率方面效果显著,其平均日增重和饲料利用率分别较对照组提高4.33%(P>0.05)和12.20%(P<0.05),饲料成本降低8.60%(P<0.05)。
Sixty health crossbred （Druoc×Landrace×Yorkshire） finishing pigs（50 kg weight） were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group included 3 replications and each involved 10 pigs, half male and half female. The control group pigs were fed with basical diet, the testing group were fed with basical diet including cysteawine 400 mg· kg^-1. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the average daily gain and feed efficiency of the testing group increased 4.33%（P〉0.05） and 12.20% （P〈0.05）, feed cost decreased 8.60%（P〈0.05）.
