摘要 植酸酶是一种环保型的饲料添加剂,可以使单胃动物更有效利用饲料中的磷,降低粪便中磷的排放,减少对环境的污染,促进养殖业的健康发展。文章综述了植酸酶的来源及分类、生物学作用、影响其活性的因素、在畜牧生产中的应用及其发展前景。 The phytase as a kind of environmental protection feed additive, was known gradually by the people, it may cause in the single stomach animal more effective use feed the phosphorus, reduces in the excrement the phosphorus exhaust, reduces to the environment pollution, the promotion breeding and poultry raising healthy development. This article is about the phytase origin, the function, affected its active factor and recent research makes a summary .
