A Study of Slogans during Counter-campaign against "Encirclement and Suppression" in Soviet Area

标语宣传以其独特的号召力和战斗力,历来得到我党的高度重视。中央苏区反"围剿"战争时期,党领导的工农红军和苏维埃政府,配合当时的革命需要创造了内容丰富、形式多样的标语。这些具有独特历史内涵和时代特征的标语,既为鼓舞红军斗志,瓦解敌军,胜利粉碎敌人的多次"围剿"立下了卓著功勋,也为苏区军民深入开展土地革命,建立和扩大苏维埃革命政权,发展苏区各项改革与建设事业提供了舆论支持。

With the unique effectiveness in propaganda slogans have always been highly valued and consistently supported by the Chinese Communist Party. During the Counter-campaign against ＂Encirclement and Suppression＂, the Red Army of workers and peasants as well as the Soviet government, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, created many slogans which were rich in contents and varied in forms to meet the revolutionary needs in the Soviet Area. These slogans, characterized by their distinctive historical connotations and features of the age, have made great contributions to bolstering morale of the Red Army and disintegrating the enemy troops and smashing the enemy＇s repeated ＂Encirclement and Suppression＂ on the one hand, and provided an ideological guarantee and favorable public opinion for the Army and the people to carry the Agrarian Revolution further, establish and expand the Soviet revolutionary power, and participate in all kinds of reforms and constructions in the Soviet Area on the other hand.
