On Labour Commodity and The Economic Position of labour

劳动力成为商品，相对于劳动者在超经济强制下处于人身隶属、人身依附和在计划体制下没有自主择业的权力，更具有了自由地支配自身的权力，这是劳动者获得人身解放成为独立的个人的第一步，劳动者具有了劳动力商品所有者的经济权利，在市场经济规律的客观制约下，以追求自身经济利益为动力，将逐步成为全面发展的个人。劳动力成为商品，是客观的经济活动所赋予的劳动者的劳动力的社会属性，是劳动者成为自由的。

Abstract Comparing with feudal system in which labour had no freedom and were under super-economic exploitation, and comparing with planned economic system in which labour had no right to choose jobs freely, labour becoming commodity can make them have right to use their labour according to their own wills. So labour becoming commodity is the first step in gaining individual emancipation and in becoming an independent individual and it is the social property that objective economy gives to labour.
