摘要
从大学求放心、出君子的使命出发,分析了心理和谐的基本事实及其对于大学生的意义,提出大学心育的根本任务是培养习惯及意志、知识及能力、人格及品德;分析了自我——人格观对于大学生心理和谐的意义,通过对荣格、马斯洛、罗杰斯等人的自我——人格观的简明梳理,提出并初步剖析了心理内外和谐的合一主题;结合大学生的特点,提出了音乐疗心、运动养心、朋友爱心、亲子护心、自己安心、老师慰心等助人自助的促进性经常功课。
This paper tries to analyze the basic facts about psychological harmony as well as the significance for the college students, from the university task of pursuing safety and training gentlemen. The essential task of psychological education in the university is to form a good habit and will, to acquire knowledge and intelligence, to train personality and virtue. This paper, after analyzing the meaning of self-personality to the psychological harmony of university students and the views of self-personality by Jung, Maslow and Rogers, puts forward the theme of psychological harmony from inside out. The author suggests that some positive lessons should be given to help the students to adapt to the actual circumstances of the university.
