On Higher Education Reform and Market Economy System

高校是生产“最活跃生产力”和“第一生产力”的基地，对经济繁荣、社会进步和科技发展起着重要促进作用。本文分析了高等教育具有的经济基础和上层建筑双重属性，探讨了市场经济体制对高等教育的促进作用和负面影响，阐述了高等教育要从教育体制、教育思想和教育观念、教学内容和课程体系等方面加大改革力度，加快改革步伐。

Abstract Higher education plays an important role in promoting economic prosperity, social progress and scientific and technologic development. The paper analyzes the positive and negative influence market economy exerts on higher education and elaborates the idea that higher education should strengthen the reform in education system, education thinkings, teathing contents and subject system in order to adapt itself to the demand of socialist market system.
