摘要
以某火力发电厂中循环水管道与凝汽器之间连接所形成的弯管为研究对象,通过使用FLUENT软件的RNGk-ε湍流模型,对90°圆形截面垂直弯管内部流体进行了三维数值模拟,对内部流场进行了分析。根据计算结果,给出了弯管测量所需直管段长度,得出了测流的最佳断面,验证了自由涡流理论的正确性。为凝汽器循环水流量在弯管处的测量方法提供了理论基础。
The main point of this paper is the connecting pipe between the circulating water pipe line and condenser in thermal power plant. The 3-D turbulent flow in 90? bending duct of circular - section is simulatednumerically and analyzed by the RNGk-e turbulent model in Fluent. According to the calculated results, necessary straight pipe length in elbow flow measurement is given, best flow rate measurement section is gained, and the correctness of the theory of free vortex is verified. It provides a theoretical foundation for the elbow pipemeasurement method research on the circulating water flow Rate of steam turbine condenser.
