Group Decision Support Systems and Decision Support Systems: A Comparision

决策支持系统(DSS)是支持个人决策的有效工具,但不适于今天许多组织的集体决策过程。在DSS及通讯技术基础上发展起来的集体决策支持系统(GDSS)是当前与上述决策环境相适应的一个新的前沿。本文从发展基础、物理配置、系统的框架结构、存取方式、功能、决策过程、决策心理七方面对它们作了比较。

Group Decision Support Systems (GDSS)based on Decision Sup-port Systems (DSS) and communication technologies are a new fontier to fit with current organizational decision environment. To understand and diting-uish them,GDSS and DSS are compared from seven primary areas in this paper.
