The color elements of traditional Chinese lacquers were discussed. Based on surveying the national colors elements, leading elements and subsidiary elements used on the traditional lacquers, the action of the lacquer color elements for the aesthetic tendency in the modern packaging design was studied. Finally, the influence of the lacquer color elements on the modern packaging design was presented. In another words, it builds a bridge between soul awe and organoleptic enjoyment by the application of the lacquer color elements in modern society.
