情感关爱对恶性骨肿瘤患者生命质量的影响

Effect of Affection on the Living Quality of Patients with Malignant Tumor of Bone

目的探讨情感关爱对恶性骨肿瘤即俗称骨癌病人生命质量的影响。方法对57例恶性骨肿瘤住院病人通过应用情感关爱护理、观察、问卷调查，采用癌症（QOL）测定内容及评分标准，测定患者的生命质量。结果重视情感关爱的护理则能提高恶性骨肿瘤病人的依从性及生命质量。结论护理恶性骨肿瘤病人，应重视情感关爱等社会心理因素的护理工作，以达到提高病人依从性及生命质量为目的。

Objective Explore the emotional care of malignant bone tumor that is commonly known as bone cancer patient＇s life quality. Methods 57 cases of malignant bone tumor patients care through the application of emotional care, observation, questionnaire survey, the use of cancer （QOL） Determination of the content and assessment criteria to determine the patient＇s quality of life. Results Emotional importance of nursing care can improve patients with malignant bone tumor of the compliance and quality of life. Conclusions Care of malignant bone tumor patients should pay attention to emotional care and other social psychological factors of nursing work in order to achieve compliance and improve patient quality of life for the purpose.
