摘要
目的:研究建瓴汤对实验高脂血症大鼠血脂及抗脂质过氧化的影响。方法:取雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分成正常对照组,模型对照组和建瓴汤组,降脂灵片组及辛伐他汀组5组,每组12只,各组动物给予不同处理,进行生化检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平、MDA含量、SOD活力。结果:建瓴汤能显著降低实验性肝肾阴虚高脂血症大鼠血中的TC、TG水平,提高血清SOD活性,降低MDA含量,显著降低LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平。结论:建瓴汤具有降脂和抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective： To study the effects of Jianling decoction on blood lipid and lipid peroxidationin in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods： Sixty SD male rats were randomly divided into five groups： control group, model control group, Jianling decoction group, Jiangzhiling pill group and Simvastatin group. Each group had 12 rats with different treatement and the concent of blood TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, MOD and activity of SOD were checked by biochemical method. Results： The level of TC, TG, LDL-C and the content of MDA were reduced significantly and HDL-C and the activities of SOD were raised after treated by Jianling decoction. Conclusion： Jianling decoction has the function of reducing blood liquid and anti-lipid peroxidation.
