非小细胞肺癌术后辅助化疗的再认识
New Recognize for Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
摘要
非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后辅助化疗的地位虽然较为确切,但疗效并不显著,尤其在早期患者中获益不明显,远期结果有待于进一步观察。同时该治疗也受到靶向药物治疗的严峻挑战。在生物标志物的指导下个体化化疗以及与靶向药物结合的联合化疗将成为发展的趋势。
