非小细胞肺癌中P-AKT、IGF-1蛋白表达

Expression of P-AKT, IGF-1 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨磷酸化蛋白激酶B(P-AKT)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。[方法]用免疫组化S-P法检测61例NSCLC及20例肺正常组织中P-AKT、IGF-1的表达,分析P-AKT、IGF-1表达及与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系。[结果]NSCLC中P-AKT阳性表达率为44.3%(27/61),明显高于在正常组织中的表达率(0,0/20),两者之间有显著性差异(χ2=13.28,P<0.05);P-AKT阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度明显相关。NSCLC中IGF-1的表达明显高于正常组织(42.6%vs10.0%,χ2=7.09,P<0.05);IGF-1表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关。P-AKT与IGF-1表达呈正相关(r=0.633,P<0.05)。[结论]NSCLC中P-AKT和IGF-1的表达明显增高,它们可能参与肺癌的发生发展。 [Purpose] To investigate the expression of kiase B (P-AKT), and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. [Methods] Expression of P-AKT and IGF-1 was detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) method in 61 cases of NSCLC and 20 normal lung tissue. The relationship between P-AKT and IGF-1 expression and clinicopathological features of NSCLC was studied. [Results] P-AKT positive expression was 44.3% in NSCLC, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissue (0,0/20)(Х^2=13.28,P〈 0.05). There was significant correlation between P-AKT expression and cell differentiation in NSCLC. IGF-1 expression was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (42.6% vs 10.0%, Х^2=7.09,P〈0.05). The expression of IGF-1 correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM staging. There was positive correlation between the expressions of P-AKT and IGF-1 (r=0.633,P〈0.05) in NSCLC. [Conclusion] The expression of P-AKT and IGF-1 in NSCLC is higher than that in normal tissue. It might participate in carcinogenesis of NSCLC.
