Expression of ALCAM in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance

摘要 [目的]探讨活化白细胞黏附分子(ALCAM)基因在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中表达的特征及其临床意义。[方法]应用RT-PCR及免疫组化Elivision法检测ALCAM基因在42例肝癌组织及相应42例癌旁组织中的表达,分析其与HCC临床病理特征的相关性。[结果]RT-PCR显示HCC中ALCAMmRNA水平显著高于癌旁组织,Elivision法显示HCC中ALCAM蛋白的表达较癌旁组织明显升高,ALCAMmRNA表达水平及ALCAM表达与HCC组织分化程度及肝内转移有关,与患者性别、HBsAg状态、术前AFP水平、肿瘤包膜、肿瘤大小、癌肿数目无关。[结论]HCC中ALCAM基因的表达能促进HCC的发生、发展和转移,可作为判断HCC恶性程度、评价预后的指标。
