摘要
预测函数控制具有模型预测控制的优点,且其计算量较小,在工业控制过程中得到了广泛的应用。当控制对象发生较大变化时,这种方法的控制效果有待进一步提高。对电加热炉温度系统进行研究,采用预测函数法进行控制,当控制对象发生变化时,启用辨识程序,对控制对象的传递函数加以修正。仿真结果表明,这种方法能适应系统参数的变化,具有较好的控制效果。
The method of predictive function control has been widely used in industrial process control, because it has the virtue of model predictive control and the small amount of computation. When parameters of the control object change acutely, the control effect should be further improved. The temperature system of electric heating fumace controlled by PFC is studied. When the control system changes , the program of identification is started and the transfer function is amended. The simulation result indicates that the approach can adapt to the change of parameters and has a good control effect.
