洛克的政府解体论及其当代意义

Locke's Theory of Government Disintegration and its Modern Enlightenment

"政府解体论"是洛克政府理论的重要内容,其理论基础是"论征服"、"论篡夺"、"论暴政",分别对应政府的外部解体和内部解体。因而,这一理论在逻辑和内容上是一致的、连贯的。政府解体理论既是洛克政府理论的逻辑归宿,又是现代政府理论研究的起点,特别是对现代政府改革提供理论支撑。所以,研究洛克政府解体理论具有当代意义。

In Locke＇s theories about government,the idea of government disintegration is an important part,which is based theoretically on his ideas about ＂conquest＂＂usurpation＂ and ＂tyranny＂,corresponding respectively with the exterior and interior disintegration of a government.As a result,this idea is consistent and cohesive,both in logics and in content.It is not only the logical destination of all his theories about government but also the starting point for the study of modern theories about government;besides,it backs theoretically the reform of modern government.Therefore,the study of it is of great significance in modern time.
