电子商务中消费者的银行帐号、帐号密码等极易被电子商家所窃取、利用。对其保护除加强法冶外,还应追究相关企业或责任人的民事、行政责任。消费者在购买、使用产品或接受服务时,有权询问、了解产品或服务的具体情况,对其保护可适用举证责任倒置原则。

Nowadys, consumers＇ bank account numbers and passwords are easily stolen and abused by those electronic merchants in E - commerce. In order to protect consumers＇ right, we should enhance legislation about the administrative and civil liabilities to those related people and enterprises who violated consumers＇ right to privacy. Consumers have right to know the real situation about the goods and services provided by the electronic merchants. Also, it can protect the consumers＇ right more effectively by allocating the obligation of providing evidence to those electronic merchants.
