介绍了合成氨系统由塔后流程改为塔前流程的情况。通过流程改造,降低了系统阻力和入塔氨含量;新增透平循环机减少了振动,降低了装置能耗,实现了扩产的目的。
A description is given of the change of post-converter process flow to pre-converter flow. After the renovation, the resistance in the system is lowered and the ammonia content of the gas into the converter is decreased; the addition of a new turbine circulator reduces the vibration and the energy consumption of the unit, thereby achieving the aim of increase in capacity.
