摘要
小试验研究了传统的AZF工艺复合肥装置通过加入四组不同的黏结剂和水,并采用滚筒造粒法生产颗粒钾肥。结果表明,方案可行,且尿甲醛是比较好的黏结剂,另外磷石膏作为黏结剂生产颗粒钾肥也可以获得废物利用和减少环境污染的效果。
A small-scale test is carried out to study the production of a granular potash fertilizer in the conventional compound fertilizer unit based on the AZF process with the addition of four series of different binding agents and water and the use of a rotary drum granulator. The results show that the scheme is feasible, urea-formaldehyde is a good binding agent, and the use of phosphogypsum as the binding agent to produce granular potash fertilizer is a way to utilize a waste product, abating environmental pollution.
