从可监测3处温度(上行煤气温度、下行煤气温度、灰仓温度)入手,分析了12种造气炉炉况操作、控制、工艺调节方法。严格控制好各项工艺指标,是确保造气炉安全、稳定运行的重要保证。
By monitoring the temperature at three places an analysis is made of 12 methods for the operation, control and process regulation of the gasifier. The strict control of various process targets is an important guarantee for the safe and steady operation of the gasifier.
