摘要
为提高大颗粒流化床尿素造粒装置的产品质量,分析了大颗粒流化床内部的颗粒在流化风速、床层温度、床层高度不同的条件下对尿素颗粒粒径的影响。在系统操作中,尿素颗粒粒径的分布是遵循正态分布的,控制参数在其设计的稳定裕度范围内,都可以自动调整至最佳状态,使尿素颗粒的分布趋向正态分布。
With a view to improving the quality of granular product from the large-granule fluidbed urea granulator, an analysis is made of the effect on the size of the urea granules relative to the granules inside the large-granule fluid bed under different conditions of the speed of fluidizing air, the bed temperature, and bed height. In the operation of the system, the size distribution of urea granules follows normal distribution, and if the parameters are controlled within the range of designed stability margin, they can be adjusted automatically to the optimum condition, allowing the distribution of urea granules to end in normal distribution.
