对煤粉锅炉水膜除尘器及文丘里结垢、堵塞的原因进行了分析,主要原因为排烟温度高、除尘水量低、滤灰池效果差。介绍了水膜除尘器除尘脱硫一体化技术改造的原则和方案,并对改造后水膜除尘器的运行情况进行了总结。

An analysis is given of the causes for scaling and plugging in the water film dust collector and Venturi scrubber of the pulverized coal boiler, and it is found that the main causes are high temperature of the fume, low quantity of water for dust removal, and low efficiency of the ash filter. The principle and scheme for the technical revamp of the water film dust collector are presented for the integration of dust removal with desulfurization, and a sum-up is given of the operation of the revamped collector.
