氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定碗中砷和铅的溶出量 被引量:5

摘要 采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(AFS)同时测定玻璃、陶瓷、不锈钢碗中的砷和铅的溶出量。砷、铅回收率分别为90.22%~101.44%和92.77%~100.62%,检出限分别为0.0041μg/L和0.0023μg/L,精密度分别为0.94%和1.18%。样品中砷、铅的溶出量大小顺序:玻璃〉陶瓷〉不锈钢。该方法灵敏,准确,快速,检出限低,可用于实验室常规检测;玻璃碗中的砷、铅溶出量显著大于陶瓷和不锈钢碗,故在使用玻璃碗盛放食品时,应避免砷和铅的溶出以免对身体造成损害。 The arsenic and lead released from glass,ceramics and stainless steel bowls are determined simultaneously with the AFS.The rates of recovery of the arsenic and lead were ranged from 90.22% to 101.44% and 92.77% to 100.62%,respectively.The detection limits were 0.0041 μg/L and 0.0023 μg/L,respectively.The RSDs were 0.94% and 1.18%,respectively.The sequence of the arsenic and lead released from the samples is glass 〉ceramics〉 stainless steel.The AFS is sensitive,accurate,rapid and with low detection limits,suitable for laboratory convention examination.As the arsenic and lead released from glass bowls are obviously higher than stainless steel and ceramics bowls,food should not be placed in this kind of glass bowls.
